A graduate of Bethel Bible College (Northern Ireland), Rev. Maxwell is the minister of Magherafelt Independent Methodist Church (NI). He has been there from the inception of the work in 1986 and has seen the LORD raise up a vibrant congregation. The minister has led a number of youth camps within the denomination. He is married to Elaine and they have three children - Gemma, Timothy and Stephen.
