Pastor Sam Epley was raised in a preacher’s home in western Kentucky and was saved at 5 years of age at the Sugar Grove Bible Baptist Church in Fordsville, KY.
He was privileged to be in the ministry from a young age, having traveled in full-time evangelism, singing and preaching with his family, for six years.
Pastor Epley was an assistant pastor in Dothan, AL for 5 years and pastored in Bedford, KY for 5 years before receiving the call to come and pastor Temple Baptist Church in June of 2017.
Bro. Sam met his wife, Beth, while working as an assistant pastor in Dothan, AL, and they were married in 2008. God has blessed them with two daughters, Mistie and Faith, and a son, Travis.
