Cisco Victa is an ordained teaching minister with the Presbyterian Church in America and the lead pastor for a church plant in Lebanon, PA. He most recently served as an assistant minister at Hershey and Trinity PCA. He also served as a chaplain in the surgical intensive care unit at the Penn State Hershey Medical Center where he completed his residency in Clinical Pastoral Education. He earned his MDiv at Liberty University and is currently enrolled in the Dmin program at Knox Theological Seminary. His area of study is in racial diversity in the local church.
