Pastor Doug Brown grew up in central Ohio and enlisted in the United States Air Force after his high school graduation. He was honorably discharged and enrolled in Bob Jones University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Pastoral Studies. He was ordained by Colonial Hills Baptist Church in 1999 and pastored Madawaska Gospel Church in Madawaska, Maine for 12 years. Pastor Doug accepted a call from Colonial Hills Baptist Church to become the Assistant Pastor and moved back to the Greenville area in September 2013. He and his wife, Sherry, have two daughters, Rebecca and Sarah.
