Norman Hare has worked in Organizational Change Management for Fortune 500 companies for the past 20 years. He and his wife, Linda have been married since 1997. As a member of Bethel since 1993, Norman has led the College and Career Ministry, Discipleship Training, Local, National, and International Missions, and has been the Chairman of Deacons. He is currently a Church Elder, a Sunday School Teacher, and liaison for The Haiti Collective.
