Josh Hower

Josh was a troubled teenager who found grace at the throne of God after recognizing his sinful condition on April 13th, 2005.

After returning to Oak Harbor in 2007, Brother Hower graduated from the Bible Training Institute in 2013 and began full-time service in the church in January 2015 as a minister to the pastors. He has served in areas of daily church finances and administration, the Jail Ministry, and the Children’s Church Ministry. Josh and his wife Shantel were married on January 15th, 2016.

In 2019, Brother Josh was sent from Oak Harbor to assist Brother Chris Majors in the church's outreach to the people of North-Central Washington. He and his wife moved to Wenatchee in December of 2019. In January of 2021, the Lord led Brother Josh and his wife to move back to Oak Harbor where he took over several ministries, including the youth ministry, the church’s evangelistic outreaches, and filling the pulpit on a regular basis.

Josh is currently evangelizing Sedro Woolley, Washington in hopes to one day plant a Bible-believing church there in God's timing.
