Richard Bargas is the IFCA International Executive Director and VOICE Magazine Editor in Grandville, Michigan. He was installed as Executive Director at the IFCA International Convention in June, 2019. He has served as Senior Pastor in CA for 17 years and Adjunct Professor of Pastoral Ministries at The Master’s Seminary for 12 years.
