Dr. Bowen has served the Lord as a missionary since 1973. He and his wife, Cindy, spent almost 20 years as missionaries to Norway. Bill has represented International Partnership Ministries (IPM) for 22 years and visited over 500 different churches and 17 countries. He now serves as IPM’s International Representative.
