Pastor Steve Damron served as Senior Pastor of Fairhaven Baptist Church from September 2013 to March 2022. Growing up in Cleveland, Ohio he attended Cleveland Baptist Church, under the leadership of Dr. Roy Thompson. Pastor Damron graduated from Fairhaven Baptist College in 1993 with a bachelor’s degree in theology and continued his education earning a master’s degree as well. While serving at Fairhaven under Dr. Roger Voegtlin's leadership, he served as an Associate Pastor and Youth Pastor for two decades before assuming the pastorate. In 1994, Pastor Damron married Becky Voegtlin. The Damrons have been blessed with four children, Jennifer, Sabrina, Jake, and Clint.
