Troy Dorrell assumed the senior pastorate of Eastland Baptist Church in June of 2003. Before taking the pastorate at Eastland, Pastor Dorrell taught and coached at the Owasso High School for ten years and then worked on staff as an Associate Pastor at Eastland for five years. Under Pastor Dorrell’s leadership Eastland has grown to an average attendance of 900 and completed a five million dollar building expansion in 2008.

Pastor Dorrell speaks in many churches each year on the topics of the family and the home. He is best known for his seminar entitled “Purposeful Parenting.” He and his wife Teri, and their seven children live in Owasso, Oklahoma.
