Chuck Rennie

The Lord chose to save me in my early 20’s. From that time forward, the Lord instilled within me a desire to serve him by serving his people. I was introduced to the doctrines of grace through a number of friends and to confessional reformed theology during my time at Trinity Reformed Baptist Church in Kirkland, WA. Through this church and her pastors, I was encouraged to pursue ministerial training with the hope of being called into the pastoral ministry.

I have joyfully served the Lord’s people at SRBC since 2008, after graduating from Westminster Seminary California and IRBS. My wife and I have two children and reside in LeClaire, Iowa.

During this time I have had the privilege of studying theology at the University of St Andrews, and I am pursuing doctoral studies through Durham University. I have also been given the privilege to serve on the faculty of IRBS Theological Seminary as an Assistant Professor of Systematic Theology. It is a great joy to see men raised up and equipped for the pastoral ministry, and it is a wonderful privilege to be involved in the process.
