Dr. James Russell Miller (1840 - 1912) was one of the most popular Christian authors of his age. He wrote more than 60 books and pamphlets. He served as a pastor for several decades in Pennsylvanis and Illinois and as Editorial Superintendent of the Presbyterian Board of Publication. Several of his books have been reprinted by Solid Ground Christian Books.
