William Joseph "BJ" Gorrell is from beautiful Grand Island, NY, in the middle of the mighty Niagara. In the summer of 1981, he fled the dark folly of a misspent youth and was pardoned all his sins solely by the amazing grace and precious blood of the Lamb, the Lord Jesus Christ. Through the ministry of the Bible Presbyterian Church, he was led to attend Clearwater Christian College (FL) and Greenville Presbyterian Theological Seminary (SC). He married Nancy Forrest of Knoxville, TN in 87', and has been given three excellent children -- Lydia, Austin, and Joshua. He entered the ministry of the Orthodox Presbyterian Church in 1992, and served Calvary OPC, Schenectady, NY, until 2001. He has served the much beloved congregation of Westminster OP (previously Garden Grove) in California for over 10 years. He loves theology, history, hockey and chicken wings.
