Hector is a Church of Scotland minister. He is the Vice Principal of Highland Theological College, Course Leader for the BA degree and teaches Old Testament and Hebrew. Mr Morrison holds the degrees of BSc, BD and M.Th from the University of Glasgow. A native of Stornoway, he maintains an interest in the place of Gaelic in the Church and broadcasts occasionally in Gaelic. He is married to Annice and they have three sons.
