Thomas Martin (Tenth)

Judge Martin has served Chester County, Pennsylvania, as a judge for over fourteen years and is a member of the bar of the United States Supreme Court, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, and other tribunals. He graduated cum laude from the Dickinson School of Law in 1972, after completion of undergraduate studies in English at Dickinson College, Carlisle, Pennsylvania. After three years as an associate with a firm of Christian lawyers in Carlisle, he opened his own law office in Kennett Square in 1975 and has practiced there since. In 2000, he was appointed by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania to serve on the Pennsylvania Minor Court Rules Committee and, in 2002, to Chair that Committee.
