Layton Talbert holds a doctorate in theology and has taught seminary courses in Old and New Testament exposition, hermeneutics, New Testament theology, apologetics, the theology and practice of prayer, and the history and theology of religions. He has authored two books, Beyond Suffering: Discovering the Message of Job and Not by Chance: Learning to Trust a Sovereign God, and over 200 periodical articles, journal articles and book reviews. Layton is a contributing editor for Frontline Magazine and has taught and preached throughout the U.S. as well as in Canada and New Zealand.
