Rev. Cornelius (Neil) Tolsma has been a minister in the Orthodox Presbyterian Church for many years. He served churches in New Jersey and Florida before pastoring Falls Presbyterian Church in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin for nearly 30 years. Now retired, he is Pastor Emeritus of that church, and is currently authoring a book on the Love of God.
