Tim Worrell planted this congregation in the Spring of 1998. He is a graduate of Greenville Presbyterian Theological Seminary. His ministry promotes the centrality of the pulpit, yet his preaching can be said to be “pastoral.” Pastor Worrell seeks to preach consecutive, systematic, and occasional sermons in an effort to faithfully preach “the whole counsel of God.” The preaching we hear week by week can be characterized as doctrinal, practical, and experimental.

Pastor Worrell has been happily married to his wife Joy for twenty years. They have five children. In addition to his responsibilities with the church, Tim also consults as a Nuclear Engineer for Westinghouse part-time.
