Joseph Bartosch was saved from a devout Roman Catholic background when he was 17. He received his BS in Secondary Education with a proficiency in communications in 1982. After serving in business for 11 years and in Christian education and church administration for another 11, he received his MS in Biblical Counseling in 2006. He successfully defended his doctoral dissertation in 2007. His EdD is in Curriculum and Instruction with proficiencies in biblical counseling, communications, and theology. He earned all three of his degrees at Bob Jones University.
