Paul Toms was born in 1961 in Chelmsford, Essex, England into a godly family. Having felt the Lord moving in his life at an early age, he felt the assurance of God’s saving grace in later years and was baptised in 2004. Paul is married to Angela and has a growing family and now lives in Chelmsford, where he is a serving Police Officer and a member of Ebenezer Strict Baptist Church in the town. He is also a member of the councils of the Essex Protestant Council and the Sovereign Grace Advent Testimony. Paul is active within the Lord’s work within his local church and has strongly felt the calling of God to preach, taking the opportunity wherever possible to preach the Gospel to needy souls across the UK.
