James D. Shine is Professor of Biblical Studies at BMA Theological Seminary. He has a B.A., Central Baptist College, 1971; M.Div., Baptist Missionary Association Theological Seminary, 1978; M.A., Stephen F. Austin State University, 1981; Ph.D. studies, Baylor University, 1986-1989; D.D., Baptist Missionary Association Theological Seminary, 2006. Jim Shine has pastored churches in Arkansas and Texas. He was Director of the Association of Baptist Students at the University of Arkansas from 1971 to 1974.
