Dr. Stephen Swallow

Dr. Swallow is a registered psychologist and director of the Oakville Centre for Cognitive Therapy in Oakville, Ontario. He received an undergraduate degree in experimental psychology from the University of Toronto and then went on to complete his doctoral training in clinical psychology at the University of Western Ontario in London. His professional experience includes work as Staff Psychologist on the Cognitive Behaviour Therapy Unit at the former Clarke Institute of Psychiatry (now the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health) and Assistant Professor of Psychiatry in the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Toronto. He has maintained a private practice in clinical and health psychology in Oakville since 1994.

Dr. Swallow and his wife Karen have two boys—Peter and Benjamim. They attend Trinity Baptist Church in Burlington where Dr. Swallow serves as an elder.
