Elihu was younger and respectful. But having found no useful truth in the elders, he breaks forth and actually leaves Job speechless. Indeed his declarations are on point because his main objective is to justify the LORD in His doings rather than the individual. Certainly much for us to glean in a day when the individual is hallowed as nearly infallible.
