Unwise To Reject God's Kindness

God directed David to show kindness to the children of Ammon. That kindness was not appreciated by the king and his counsellors. The result was war and the Ammonites were brought into submission under David's rule. God is not the enemy of man. Man is often the enemy of God, but God desires for man to know Him and be blessed by Him.
