Practice What You Preach

What a blessing the Lord's Supper is to the Lord's people! When partaking of it we must be very careful to come to the table in a proper manner! The table is a picture of God's love for His people, the body and blood of His Son, Jesus Christ, given for their salvation. It is wrong to come to celebrate this meal while clinging to our sin and not walking in love for one another. We must examine ourselves prior to taking this meal or else suffer the discipline that comes from not doing so.
