It is one thing to know what the Lord wants of us, but another to do what the Lord has commanded! Fraught with weakness and inability, we are exhorted to pray! "Prayer is an offering up of our desires unto God, in the name of Christ, by the help of His Spirit; with confession of our sins, and thankful acknowledgment of His mercies."
(WLC #178). Without prayer the obedience we are called to and the advance of the Kingdom will be without fruit. Christian, pray!
