The Sins of Canaan

To appreciate the reason God dealt so harshly with the Canaanites, read Genesis 15:13-16 (He waited 400 years), Deuteronomy 18:9-14 (this catalogs their infatuation with child sacrifice, witchcraft & astrology, necromancy) and Leviticus 18:6-30 (where incest, adultery, infanticide, blasphemy, homosexuality and bestiality are all cited as the reason the land vomited them out.) Judgment waited long & then came in like a flood.
