   Step 2- Bring witnesses to the person
   Step 3- Bring it to the church

Why we don't do it:
i. Weak Leadership
ii. Moral Compromise
iii. Misunderstanding of Love
iv. Misconception of judging
v. Biblical illiteracy
vi. Fear of Abuse
vii. Confusion of process

Why we ought to do it-
i. The Bible says we should do it
ii. It is good for the one who is being disciplined
iii. It is good for other Christians as they see the danger of sin
iv. It promotes the health of the church
v. It strengthens the corporate gospel witness of the church
vi. It protects the name of Christ and His glory
