When the Glory Has Departed

This message examines why Israel was twice defeated by the Philistines, resulting in the capture of the Ark of the Covenant, & an obvious loss of the glory of God. We need to learn from our defeats. Defeat came became Israel failed to deal with sin in their spiritual leaders and their nation. They also were guilty of putting their trust in an Ark instead of the God of the Ark of the Covenant. The church today is facing defeat for similar reasons as Dr. Felker demonstrates as he applies this text for today.
