Introduction:
Christ shows the solution to spiritual spinelessness in five points.

1. We must listen to Christ.
2. We must reckon with the holiness of Christ.
3. We must learn to recognize grace where Christ has given it.
4. We must take seriously the space Christ gives to repent.
5. There is nothing worse than facing the wrath of the Lamb.
6. We need to be encouraged by the promises of Christ.
