A Child of Promise

We begin a study of I Samuel gleaning lessons about deprivation, persecution, prayer and promise. Hannah knew God and received from Him a promise that would satiate her soul in the midst of so much static that one would think she might faint. But she prevailed and came forth as gold through her trials and in the end, was able to rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory.
