When we suffer, who is to blame? Job 1 & 2

Job has lost everything, even his own children. So the inevitable question is why? why me? why this?
Why have I been singled out? And goaded by his 3 friends, Job is determined to get an answer.

Who is to blame for suffering? Is the explanation natural e.g. people, accidents, disasters? Is the explanation supernatural? Is Satan to blame? Is there yet a deeper reality?

He wants a meeting with God. God owes him an explanation and he won't let it rest until God meets with him. But does God explain himself? Will Job at last get an explanation for his suffering?'
