- Wash, stop and do a personal examination of spiritual condition, (no sin or disobedience from hearing my prayers) Psalms 66: get sin out of your life (18 to regard = to view sin with pleasure). Isaiah 59: 1 God does not need hearing aids. 1 Peter 3:7 Prayers not hindered if not treating wife right, out of sorts with our spouse. It won’t take God very long to show you your sin if you are sincere. Make things right in your life. Don’t cherish iniquity in our hearts. 2. Wait, the answer may be on its way it’s just not Gods timing yet. We are not on God’s time table. Just keep on praying. May be number of factors of things God has to put in place. 3. Weave together, have a specific request, find another believer to join with you in prayer and the two go to the lord in your prayer request. Math 18: 19-20. 4. Worship God, Recognize God supreme authority over our life, and humbly submitting to that authority by trusting him and obeying what he tells you to do. Example: Abraham when he offered Isaac to God. 2 Cor 12:7-10
