Jesus' Qualifications: On Paper

SUBJECT: Why Jesus is the Right Minister for Us
COMPLEMENT: Because He Has the Right Pedigree
LESSON: Jesus is Qualified to Minister to Us because He Has the Right Credentials.

Jesus is qualifed to minister because

1. He is the Son of Adam, Fully
   Human, yet without sin, Heb.4:15
   2.He is the Son of Abraham Gen.12:1ff
   a. in line to bless the world,
   b. in the line of the covenant
2. He is the Son of David, in line
   to sit on David's throne, v.31
   i. in line to rule as King,
   --in the line that bypasses
   God's curse, Jer.28:30
   ii.in line to serve as Messiah,
   Mat.22:42;
3. He is the eternal Son of God,
   Luke 3:22; 3:28; Mat.16:16
   CONCLUSION: Jesus has all the right qualifications to bring us salvation.
   APPLICATION: 1. Rejoice that Chirst is qualified to minister to you. 2. Rest in Christ's ability to save you. 3. Let Christ display his ministry qualifications through you. Let the world see Christ's ministry qualfications through kind words & actions displayed through you.
