The Sovereign Grace of God

This expository sermon is based on the parable of Jesus concerning the landowner who is more gracious in his pay to some compared to others. Even so God is sovereign in bestowing both His saving grace as well as rewards for service. Most seem to want salvation and rewards for service to be based on bargaining with God with our works. Yet we need to recognize God's sovereign grace and not envy those who seem to receive more grace. Dr. Felker shows that the best motivation for Christian service is gratitude rather than trying to earn a reward.
