The Deeds of the Flesh - Immorality

Intro - Believers are what unbelievers aren't; and aren't what what unbelievers are:

• works of the flesh contrasted strongly with fruit of the Spirit
• this is not the list of a mere man, but of God the Holy Spirit
• those of whom this describes are not Christians, regardless of what any man may say

1. Evident Are the Works of the Unregenerate Nature of Man
2. The Four Categories - Impurity, Idolatry, Insolence, Imbibing
3. Sexual Sins:
   A. Immorality
   B. Impurity
   C. Sensuality

Conclusion:

• though the more common and grosser of the sins listed, not unpardonable - there is hope for the sexually impure
• best defense is strong offense - blessings of marriage
• best defense after the strong offense - flee fornication (be decisive with this sin)
