As a Church, we gather weekly to receive the promises of God through the preaching of the Word, administration of the sacraments, and the fellowship of the saints. We believe that God has called us to worship regularly so that our sins might be cleansed, our covenant renewed, and this world changed by the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Providence Reformed Church is a member of the Communion of Reformed Evangelical Churches (CREC). The CREC is an international body of reformed congregations that uphold and embrace the historic Christian Creeds.
While we are firmly rooted in the Protestant and Reformed traditions, Providence Reformed Church warmly embraces all Christians who affirm the historic formulations of our faith.
As individuals, we are a community of local Christians striving to live together in light of the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ. Our weekly worship is the centerpiece of this renewal, but it extends into our everyday lives through small group gatherings, fellowship opportunities, and personal evangelism.
