What does the Apostle Paul really teach regarding headcoverings?

Is it cultural or by one's custom?
Was the practice part of the charismatic gifts and therefore ceased with the charismatic gifts?
Is the covering her hair?
If one is to cover, is it only during public worship or at all times?
What about the angels? What do they have to do with anything?

In this series I will argue that the headcovering is a perpetual apostolic ordinance that a woman is to utilize only during public worship.
