Gavin McGrath is a religiously conservative Protestant Christian of a Reformed (Low Church Evangelical) Anglican background who upholds the Received Text and King James Bible of 1611. From April 2020, Gavin is a retired school teacher of both New South Wales, Australia, and London, UK. He is a lay preacher who sometimes preaches at St. Barnabas’s Church Wyong Shire, and formerly at Mangrove Mountain Union Church. St. Barnabas’ Church Wyong Shire is located in an attractive leafy forested area of uptown Yarramalong in the County of Northumberland, New South Wales, Australia, and being built in 1885 it has the prestigious heritage distinction of being the oldest surviving church building in Wyong Shire, and since the late 20th century has been accordingly listed on the New South Wales State Heritage Register. Originally an Anglican Church (1885-1977), it was acquired by Wyong Shire Council in 1978 and is now available for general hire. Gavin’s Audio Sermons preached at St. Barnabas’s Wyong Shire (SBWS) are available on Sermon Audio from 2020, and his Audio Sermons preached at Mangrove Mountain Union Church (MMUC) (established in 1912, on the corner of Bloodtree & Wisemans Ferry Roads,) are available on Sermon Audio from 2009 to 2019. See pictures at “Gavin's Sermons” at http://www.gavinmcgrathbooks.com/GavinsSermons.html. The "Zone Preached" key words section at the bottom of each sermon say at what church it was preached. By road, these two churches are about 18 kilometres or 11 miles apart, or about 15 minutes drive apart, and both are just north of Sydney, near Gosford, NSW. Both churches are hired out by multiple persons and groups, some of whom are denominationally affiliated and some of whom are not. A person or group renting out either of these churches at a given point in time, is independent from, and has no connection with, any other person or group using these churches at any other time.
