Grace Bible Baptist Church

Dr. Jerry R. Harmon was educated at Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary in Memphis, TN where he received a Master of Divinity and a Ph.D, majoring in Hebrew and OT with minors in NT, Greek and Theology. Dr. Harmon also did graduate studies in Hebrew at Johns Hopkins University in his hometown, Baltimore, MD. Dr. Harmon and his wife, Carolyn, live in the Baltimore area, where he is Senior Pastor of Grace Bible Baptist Church and President of Faith Theological Seminary of Catonsville. The Harmon’s have four adult children: Abby (who resides in London, England with her husband Will and three sons), Jeremiah (who resides in Tennessee), Josiah (who resides in Baltimore with his wife, Brianna) and Annie (who resides in Tennessee with her husband, Jonathan and two daughters). When he is not preaching, Dr. Harmon enjoys participating in archaeology digs in Israel, lecturing or serving as an adjunct in various seminaries, spending time with his family, working with the church staff, and getting to know the folks of Grace Bible Baptist Church.
