Pastor Jeff Oliver was born and raised in England and was converted to Christ at an early age. After twenty years in business, Jeff was called to the gospel ministry. He studied at Westminster Seminary California in Escondido, CA, where he received a Master of Divinity Degree, following which he was ordained and installed as Pastor of Grace Reformed Baptist Church, in Placerville in 2006.
