Raymond is a graduate of Bethel Bible College (Northern Ireland) and is at present the minister of Lisburn Independent Methodist Church (NI). The work in Lisburn began in 1980. Raymond began his pastoral ministry in June 1985 and has seen the congregation grow steadily over the years. In 1999, a new church building and suite of halls was opened. He is married to Edith and has three children - Kezia, Reuel and Priscilla. He is a regular speaker at Faith Mission conferences and has spoken at the Bangor Convention. He has also preached in Eastern Europe with Slavic Gospel Association.
