Pastor Joe Harrell is an ordained minister in the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA) and a retired missionary with Mission to the World (MTW) to Latin America (Mexico and Colombia). He is a graduate of Covenant College (BA), Reformed Theological Seminary - Jackson (MDiv), and he is currently completing his Doctor of Ministry degree. He and his wife Becky live in Greer, South Carolina. They have two daughters and many grandchildren.
