Rev. Ken Herfst is a missionary pastor of Providence Free Reformed Church in St. George, Ontario. Upon graduating from the Theological College of the Canadian Reformed Churches in Hamilton, Ontario, he was ordained into the ministry of the Word in 1991 as a missionary pastor in Guatemala.  Under God's blessing, Pastor Herfst was instrumental in establishing the Iglesia Reformada in Cubulco and in the surrounding aldeas.  Since 2004, Pastor Herfst has been serving as a Professor of Theology at the Evangelical Presbyterian Seminary of San Felipe in Guatemala in addition to serving as pastor at Iglesia Presbiteriana Jehová Jireh in Quetzaltenango as of January 2011.
