The Importance of Gathering Together

Christians are to "hold fast" to our confession of hope. We persevere in the faith, by the grace of God who keeps us. One of the ways God keeps us is through exhortations like this passage. True believers respond in earnestness. Unbelievers ignore the warnings, assuming they don't apply to them. Believers should gather together on a regular basis for edification and fellowship.
