The reward of faithfulness

It is a nice thing to be rewarded for your faithfulness in life, but it is so much better when God rewards us. To be faithful means for us to be firm in our contracts, word, or oaths. Here we see some people who were just that. They received praise for their service which encouraged them. Faithfulness allows the promise to be received. When we serve God we will make enemies and some will question our motives for our service. Don’t loose your joy in serving God.
