Pastor Troy Skinner enjoyed a 35 year career in radio and television, working at radio/TV outlets in New York, Chicago, Washington DC, Orlando, Baltimore, Syracuse, and Frederick/Hagerstown. Primary responsibilities included marketing, advertising, promotions, sales, news, and programming.

Pastor Troy Skinner holds a Master of Divinity Degree from Reformed Theological Seminary, and in 2004 began hosting The Faith Debate. He has served churches in three Maryland counties (Frederick, Montgomery, Washington), and now is the founder of Household of Faith in Christ, which is facilitating a growing network of house churches working in cooperation.
