Rev. Andrew Foster

Rev. Andy Foster was born into the home of a Free Presbyterian minister Rev. Ivan Foster and from his earliest days was under the influence and claims of Christ in the gospel. He was converted as a child of four at home. He entered Whitefield College of the Bible in N. Ireland in 1990 and, following the completion of his theological studies, was licensed to preach by the Free Presbyterian Church of Ulster in 1994.

Following a preaching visit to British Columbia in 1995 the Lord led him to pioneer a Free Presbyterian congregation in Penticton. That work began in February 1997. In 2002 the Lord graciously provided a wonderful Church facility for the congregation and on October 31st, 2003 Rev. Foster was ordained and installed in the Penticton congregation.
