Pastor Partain received his Bachelor's degree from the Grace College in Winona Lake, Indiana and Master of Arts in Religion and Master of Divinity from Western Reformed Seminary in Tacoma, Washington. Pastor Partain and his family joined us at RRBC in 1993 and has come to call Gig Harbor home. The Partain family served on the mission field in the People's Republic of the Congo in Central Africa and in Senegal, West Africa prior to returning Stateside and moving to Washington State.
