Pastor Frank Marsh graduated from Westminster Seminary in Philadelphia in 1989, and for the next 18 years served as pastor of Spencer Mills Presbyterian Church (OPC) in Gowen, Michigan. Early in 2008 Pastor Marsh accepted a call to become pastor of Covenant, beginning his ministry in June of the same year. Frank and his wife, Deborah, have three daughters, all of whom were adopted from China.
